with a linear sweap or a dc voltametry I would expect the current to
rise with increasing voltages up to a limiting value.
The only peak I have is around 0 V !? beside this area the current is
more or less constantly zero!

I operate the Waste Treatment plant at a semiconductor plant.  We
have
an HF treatment process that neutralizes the HF in 5000 gallon
