Hi Folks; I know little about batteries - which is why I'm here! I have an older laptop that I just bought a replacement battery pack for. It uses (8) 18650 batteries.

I've been tasked to locate a vendor of compact rechargeable batteries that can be mil-spec certified (though I don't know to which mil- specs) that will last at least 24hrs under a 10W draw at 250-500mA. The size contraints are about the size of 12 AA size batteries
