An explosion has occurred in my flashlight, powered by two CR123 - 3V - unprotected & rechargeable battery. The flashlight is a waterproof one, and the bulb is a led. Of course, the explosion was accurred when the flashlight was ON.

Is there an easy and cheap way to make liquid chlorine in sufficient quantites to treat a 50,000 gallon pool? Now, kiddies, go ahead and say buy it. How about chlorine gas? I am aware of the dangers.
