The beach ball for the mag 6.7 SOLOMON ISLANDS event that occurred 11/11/04
is ~ 180 degrees opposite of the beach ball for the mag 7.4 Indonesia event.
As previously noted I have not seen an explanation for this type beach ball.

A mag 4.0 EQ occurred 11/07/04 SW of Tuscaloosa,Al. See:

This EQ appears to be another EQ of a group of EQ's running along a trend
from a point on the Central Ky-Va border SW to SW Al.

As of this writing there have been a series of 5 EQ's at Mt Rainer 11/07/04
ranging in mag from 1.2 to 3.2. See:

Southern California has had at least two major dam failures.
One was from the San Francisquito Dam in the 1920s...as I recall.  I'm too lazy
to look up the date at the moment.  However, did some field work years ago at
this damn site.  Failed quickly and drowned several hundred ...
