there are several different mechanisms besides EQ's that can cause "Great
Waves/Tsunami's.

quakes [in a single month] then at any other time in the past ten to fifteen

dismantle the 'humanitarian-coalition' he announced to have formed with
Japan, Australia. He also announced the US and the other countries of this
coalition will continue the humanitarian operations ...
