Asian quake?   I was just comparing webcorders and it seems seismicity at MSH
is less since the asian quake.

Has anybody here made their own seismometers?  Do you have design
suggestions for me?
I have been looking through the web at how other people have made
them, and am disappointed in how crude the detector coils are made.
