M 5.6 right on the subduction zone in the Northern Chilean Seismic gap since
the large 8.5-9 quake in 1877.
An 8.0 on the southern end of the gap in 1995 had an M6.2 foreshock 6 months

predicted the November 03, 2002 earthquake, and impressed his colleagues.
He claims there is an earthquake window, similar to the one of November 03,
2002, that will occur between March 25th and April 01st, ...
