29th February to 7th March 2008. The spell is: 02:18 and gives way to
one of anticyclonic nature (17:14.)
That "14" worries me as it makes the whole following spell unstable.
But that's not the worst bit. I don't have the vaguest what the 02:18

I am looking for a list of Seismometer Radio Transmitter Frequencies.
I used to listen to one freq on 162.810 or it was 162.825.  It was
just an audible tone that warbled.
