CLEO/QELS conference, about29 Feb 2008 14:16 GMT2
Technical Publications Group of the conference suppresses a discussion
about the classical spin. I prove the works of Loudon, Bishop,
Nieminen, Heckenberg, Rubinsztein-Dunlop, Simpson, Dholakia, Allen,
Padgett, Parkin, Knoner, Garces-Chavez, McGloin, Dultz, Schmitzer,
RL with Diode Circuit25 Feb 2008 19:09 GMT1
As you all know when AC pass threw a diode only halph the signal pass
threw.
But when I connect the diode to a coil the signal gets crazy. It looks
like that the diode does not work. Between each AC peak an attenuating
ray tracing electromagnetic waves21 Feb 2008 16:53 GMT1
Any one knows how we can model surface currents on the object ?
Paradox20 Feb 2008 18:09 GMT1
The basis of the problem is this.
Common sense and coil calculators (and even real world experiuments I
did looooong ago) all assure me that 2 identical hoop coils where the
only difference is the diameter should produce very different magnetic
em blocking paint16 Feb 2008 03:05 GMT4
I have read about em blocking paint.
But who makes it and where do you buy it ??
Is possible to make yourself by mixing metal powder in ordinary paint ?
Coins - Magnetic properties12 Feb 2008 17:25 GMT2
I found this group on the internet by chance and thank goodness I did,
what a wealth of useful information.
I am currently researching a coin detection circuit and have been
advised to investigate this idea using the weight, and size of a coin,

I have an air core with two coils wound on it, one is 11 turns the other 250
turns. The 11 turned coil is connected to a 1000 pF capacitor and the 250
turns connected to a 10 meg scope.

Electrostatic Induction08 Feb 2008 09:45 GMT87
Perhaps this is not the right group for this enquirey but I can't find one
more suitable, and I am open to suggestions.
My technical literacy is very poor so please be patient.
Recently I took a close look at static influence machines.  As you are all
The Pioneer Effect and the Unified Field Theory06 Feb 2008 13:55 GMT1
The two Pioneer spacecraft which were launched in the early
seventies,
have both been decelerating at a constant speed as they rise in the
sun's gravitational field (the rate of constant deceleration is
Problem with Poynting vector.06 Feb 2008 12:04 GMT6
In a homework assignment, I was asked to calculate the flux of Poynting
vector on the surface of a cylindrical conductor of constant resistivity,
with uniform electric field within it, parallel to the cylinder's axis. It
asked to compare it with the power dissipated (by Joule effect ...
Magnetic force balancer02 Feb 2008 21:59 GMT4
*** I had posted this in Magnetics. I think this is the more
appropriate group. ***
Hi,
I am working on a project that requires 2 electro-magnets facing like
help with wiki page.01 Feb 2008 06:04 GMT3
I have made a wiki about Electromechanical modeling
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromechanical_modeling
Please, help by adding some more info.
