| Lattice Phonons & Fusion | 27 Apr 2004 01:15 GMT | 3 |
Here's an article from MIT Tech Review: http://www.techreview.com/articles/wo_hecht042304.asp So one of the conjectures offered is that phonons from a surrounding lattice might make it possible for nuclear coulombic repulsion to be

| D+T Reaction & Neutrinos | 21 Apr 2004 06:05 GMT | 22 |
One question I can't find the answer to anywhere is... Scientists are working on D+T fusion reactions but no where do I see any mention of neutrinos. Are neutrinos released in the fusion of D+T??? If so what energy range are the neutrinos released over???

| The MIT 1989 Cold Fusion Experiment Was Fudged! | 20 Apr 2004 11:35 GMT | 25 |
I've long heard rumors that the the cold fusion experimental results that MIT published in 1989 were fudged to make it appear that no excess heat was generated in their cold fusion cell (when it fact their experiment did indicate excess heat). I never really knew what

| transforming matter to antimatter? | 08 Apr 2004 21:59 GMT | 6 |
according to feynman diagram, antimatter is just matter running backwards in time. so is it possible to transform matter into anti-matter? even if this takes a great deal of energy, the end-product should release a great deal of energy.
