Quantum nucleonic reactors.18 Apr 2005 23:18 GMT2
Not quite cold fusion but has anybody heard anything new on Quantum
Nucleonic Reactor research?  I saw some stuff on it last year with the
US military funding some research in that area. Is there any new info?
Appearance of hot fusion18 Apr 2005 16:40 GMT23
When we achieved a stable hot fusion reaction the very bright line of plasma
had prominances coming out of the main area and hitting the wall causing a
sparkle.  It was a very bright light.
The radio frequency source under the bench was off and was used as a power

Mallove's death14 Apr 2005 10:00 GMT13
On the Mallove case, let me interject here just for a minute:
Mallove was the cause of why the DOE HAD to acknowledge the realities
of cold fusion which they did NOT want to do.  By keeping Mallove in,
the DOE would have been forced to actually RELEASE a working cold
recharging your batteries in about a minute.13 Apr 2005 00:04 GMT3
I believe it was
JohnnyCJohnny
who posted a report on the Japanese' success with
re-chargeable batteries.  It was reported that the recharged up to 80%

Calculation of the power level required to initiate thermonuclear fusion
Approximate Calculation
The container of the plasma reaction is assumed to be a pyrex torus with a coil wound as in a Farady coil.  Radio frequency current in this winding ionises, heats ...

My 2 cents question!

The snag is that fusion at room temperature is deemed impossible by
every accepted scientific theory.

Another chance for cold fusion
David Adams The Guardian
Sixteen years after the hope, hype and recriminations, cold fusion -
a scientific controversy that won't go away, is in the news again.
How to Fund US Cold Fusion Research - Cancell Foreign Aid11 Apr 2005 21:00 GMT3
I have a suggestion that might not be too far from the truth in some
respects. The US should cancell foreign aid in science R&D to
undeserving customers.Face it, we know how to do cold fusion research,
so why should we fund (via foreign aid science R&D) in an era of
New Record High For Oil Today!06 Apr 2005 18:50 GMT10
Oil set a new trading high of $57.70 today.  Alternative energy's time
has finally arrived.  The great thing is just as oil is reaching a peak
and pricing are soaring, major advancements in alternative energy are
occuring almost daily.  I'm not banking on cold fusion or some other
Cold Fusion Is Back - New Scientist03 Apr 2005 12:29 GMT7
New Scientist -- Issue 19 March 05
-It's deemed impossible by scientific theory, but cold fusion is

Hot-, bubble-, cold-fusion03 Apr 2005 10:17 GMT6
Start of fusion needs energy first. In the case of
hydrogen* fusion always ~ 10exp5 eV/hydrogen atom.
This is independent from the way you do it.
For example:

The DoE has twice promised to evaluate cold fusion claims fairly
Both times, when given a chance to keep that promise, the DOE failed.
Modern physics has shown that science is the bridge to God02 Apr 2005 00:05 GMT1
Modern physics has shown that science is the bridge to God, while on
the other hand mystics have shown that religion is the bridge to
science.  Scientifically it's mainly about the ideas from Niels Bohr
(at the subatomic level our material world does not exist), David Bohm
