Could an "X Prize" work for fusion?30 Jul 2007 18:49 GMT17
I see some parallels between the state of space flight before the X
Prize, and the state of fusion research now.  Before the X Prize came
along, everyone assumed that space was Really Hard and could only be
done by huge governments throwing around billions of dollars. Currently,
