I genuinely like to see people attempt to work the rotational dynamics
of the Earth into geological evolution and the following website at
least tries to do just that -

3D fossils26 Sep 2006 19:28 GMT4
an exhibition in Germany claims to have uncovered 3D dinosaur fossils
(I'm not sure if they are on display). That is, they are not completely
flattened. Would we also say 3D or 3.dimensional in English? If not,
what would we say?

Dilettante's guide?24 Sep 2006 16:15 GMT2
I would like to drive to places where I can see some of the more interesting
rock formations that I have read about.  But, when I get there, I want to
know what I'm looking at.  Does anyone know of a guide for amateurs that
would help me?

The Final Theory22 Sep 2006 18:13 GMT2
It is possible to use martingale probability theory to beat some games
of chance. In a fair game of coin toss, where the odds reach an
equilibrium of 50/50 chain reactions do occur. This can be explained
using martingale probability theory, but in simpler terms it only shows
Meteor Vaporization?22 Sep 2006 08:49 GMT13
IIRC, the impact of a meteor would result in vaporization of said
meteor due to kinetic energy.  I'm not sure I understand the results of
vaporization. Are we saying matter destroyed or matter converted to
fine dust? In other words, would the vaporization result in a fine dust
The World is Flat, said the Buddha!17 Sep 2006 20:52 GMT1
No really, you can look at a sphere in perfectly reasonable way as a
flat image, and the best way to do it is the Dymaxion map.

If you look at it carefully you can see how all of the money starts at
