Identify rock formation in Lehigh Valley, PA28 Jul 2008 07:38 GMT7
There is a 40' diameter bullseye-like rock formation at the base of a
mountain above the Lehigh river.  The rock looks like it is folded in
many concentric layers.  There appears to be two or three different
kinds of rock in this anamoly.  Nothing like it can be seen nearby.
