Is there a readily-available source for maps (not point values) of
forecast surface dewpoint?  Forecast charts sometimes include things
like 700 mb relative humidity but I've not been able to find one with
surface dewpoints.  TIA.

you know civil twilight begin/end times as well as lat/long (and
elevation if that matters)?

and low temperatures for Watertown, NY?  I tried the NCDC, but the
data is obviously geared to the professional and not the average joe
