What is Column 15 of this F-6 climatological report? It states "S - S". An
explanation is not given even in the "About the F-6" page, Column 15 is
skipped over. Thanks.

Anyone have a good link to low level wind charts for the Caribbean,

north of Panama but I'm not sure which way it is headed.
