For mesuring humidty, I have two digitals thermometers. One is mesuring the ambient air temperature and the second mesures the temperature of a wet cotton (which is in contact with the ambient air). In addition, I have a digital pressure sensor.

I wonder if anyone was able to help - does anybody happen to know if the the Tropical Cyclone intensity probability forecasts ( e.g. http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/2005/graphics/AT18/15.AL1805I.GIF ) are available in some form of text format?

These photos were taken from route 30 near York, PA on Dec. 2 at about 4:25 PM. I have never seen anything like it. Can anyone identify and explain how the "waves" form?? This is my first attempt at attaching photos to a newsgroup posting.
