Is it just me, or are there more ice storms these days than there were,
say, 20 or 50 years ago?  I took a look at the FEMA website list of
disasters (records since 1953), and it seems there have certainly been more
declared ice storm disasters in the last 15 years than between ...

Either way it won't affect climarte!!
