More rights for unelected judges

The Rudd Government is now pushing a bill of rights that would give
unelected judges more over elected politicians in deciding public policy.

This is a shot of a solar powered weather station at Badwater in Death
Valley National Park.  What is the horizontal tube in this picture?  It
sounded like there was a fan running at the near end.
