A new find is electrifying the anthropology sector of about 7 individuals ranging in age of 95,000 to 12,000 years ago and found near Indonesia. Some have called the shortened small size creature as "hobbits" of a recent movie.

For some reason, I can't stop myself from wondering ... what would trilobite taste like? I assume you could grill one of them up just like most kinds of seafood, but would they taste like crawfish? mussels? Would they be palatable at all?
