Does anyone have any idea what this might be? It was found in
Pennsylvanian era siltstone in what was probably a brackish,
tidally-influenced mudflat.

I've become very confused by the detailed taxonomy of dinosaurs in the
sense that the terms being used to describe the various taxa seem to
vary an awful lot from place to place.
