A few years ago I discovered new groups, and there was a whole raft of interesting idea and proposals, and I felt caught up in something wonderful. Today this newsgroup like so many has children posting nonsense, why isn't there a moderator?

I read recently about the discovery of a particle with a 50eV charge hitting the earth's atomsphere. Can anyone provide a link to where this is being studied. If such particles come from quasars or supernovas, how are they able to retain so much of their energy? And if they lose
