I've finished rough alignments on the Ti:Sa laser our lab received as
a donation and I'm ready to pump the laser for optimizing the output.
The only problem is finding laser eyewear to protect against both the
argon pump beam and the femtosecond broadband NIR output of the Ti:Sa.

Having halfway built a flowing gas nitrogen laser, id like to trade a

This is a Carl Zeiss multielement laser lens that couples to up to 24 high
power fibre coupled lasers (not included). It was used with 24pcs 600mW
lasers= total 14.4Watt

I need to count live cells in a microplate with an inverted
microscope.  I know that DAPI, Hoechst and a host of other dyes and
stains can be utilized.  however, I need to find a dye that is not
