The club where I work is considering getting a laser system. It's a large club, which will handle about 3000 people. Right now I'm trying to learn the basics of it all. Can anyone suggest some good places to start, and/or other good discussion groups?

This question is about Scotopic and Photopic sensitivity and lasers. As I understand it from the reference below, under daylight conditions visual sensitivity is photopic at 555nm and under near darkness scotopic at around 510-515nm[guesstimate].

I have an old book that claims this can be done on a cheap kids' camcoder by taking out an internal filter. If so, can some kind of filter be added to a not-kids-toy camcorder to do the same, make thermal images visible?

I just get a pair of ct scanners, with ct amps, and I try her, but, at the first start, only the Y one works. I shutdown the power supply, check connections, but all seems ok, so I switch on the PS, and... Nothing works... Since, I chech signals, and PS, but I don't find any ...
