I am wanting to build a small methane to liquid converter. I can live
with either methanol or a liquid hydrocarbon output.  All the research I
have done indicates that I need to convert to syngas first, then to the
final product using the appropriate temperatures, pressures and

I'd like something with good practical advice, but structured enough such that

Dear Colleagues,
I have performed reaction of p-hydroxyacetophenone with ethyl acetate,
in the presence of sodium, in order to obtain p-hydroxybenzoylacetone.
I have done it according to the analogous procedure for orto-hydroxy
