I have never used a water cooled pcr cycler, but I recently bought an ericomp twinblock 'ezcycler' (hey, I'm on a budget)... well my question is, on the 'water inlet' do I need to have some sort of pressurized water source, or can I just use any. I assume the latter is correct,
