I'm having problems cloning a gene fragment in a commercial pIVEX 2.4
nde vector. I'm cutting the vector with Sal I and Xho I (Takara
enzymes), and use Promegas T4 ligase to ligate the gene fragment into
the vector in a 1:3 ratio. A lot of transformants arise on the LB-amp
