In literature I have read that stem and roots section of angiosperms can be stained with toluidine blue stain. Can somebody tell me how to prepare this stain for staining  and what is the procedure for staining sections with toluidine blue stain

Just returned from walking in the forests NW of Sydney. A startlingly
beautiful flower of Autumn is the Fringed Lily (Thysanotus tuberosus).
The petals are about 13 cm long. The Aborigines used to eat the
