I have a railed deck in my backyard. It's been raining so things are moist. I moved something that was sitting on the deck rail and a whole bunch of tiny white-ish insects began scattering around looking for cover.

I took a picture of a very small bug and I'd like to figure out what kind of bug it is. It looks like a stink bug but it didn't stink and it has a snout that looks like a straw that it could stick into a flower, etc..

Hope someone can ID this larvae! http://www.ngs.fo/janus/larvas2.htm This larva can easily eat through 30 layers of plastic film to get to the grass inside (picture).
