This appeared in the pool one day, gave the kids a surprise.  Any
ideas what it might be.?
It seemed to be happy under the water, with a breathing tube that it
could extend from the tail end to the surface...

This nice grasshopper spent the winter in my house, chewing on the
leaves of a plant.
Now I'm just curious: what kind is it? male or female? any other
interesting information?
