This morning I've found this strange insect on my window (Milan - Milano - Italy) I want to identify it, it seems a mosquito. The total lenght is about 3 cm (approx 1,20 inches)

I've researched flies on manure and find many types. The one I see on this dung is not found. I thought it was a white fly but that is all white. These flies have black heads and white wings. They are quite small, sort of like no-seeums.
