I've recently started scanning the huge collection of glass negatives from
the Delft School Archives and have been amazed at the quality of late 19th
century pictures of  microorganisms. I'm accustomed to the beautiful quality
of portraits and landscapes from the period, but to find ...

Aren't Lacto bacilli in vagnial fluid supposed to be non-motile ?

Is the (m)(t)RNA molecule encoded in the DNA?  I was reading a book that
says it was and it sounded like a strange loop as how did it first start if
the mechanism that reads the code is also embedded in the code?
Mitochondria signature15 May 2004 10:14 GMT1
