I read that it is possible to use adjuvants such as BSA (0.1 to 0.8 µg/µL
final concentration) to improve the yield of PCR products.  How do I use
this adjuvants ? Do I simply add BSA to the mastermix?

Just wondering what it takes to become a microbiologist, I know this
