Has anybody tried to extract plasmid DNA pTrcHis2B form E. coli strain (such as DH5alpha)?. I tried to follow the protocol given by invitrogen, but the efficiency is very low, I get less than 30-50ng per uL when diluting DNA in 20uL water in the end of the mini/midi prep
