Is there any practical way to use NCBI's "eUtil" code to send a
nucleotide sequence to NCBI to get a list of proteins back? Like a
BlastN query.

I'm doing an unknown exercise and all my tests lead me down to these
two bacili, but I get a + citrate & a  negative V-P which is confusing
the hell out of me. I guess my question is, which test is more likely
to be flawed, the citrate or the V-P ?
