I have found 2 cases of this organism from cold enrichment culture in alpaca brains. Do you know if this could possibly be pathogenic?

can you please help and guide me for finding the protocol for the
following biochemicals test which is used for bacterial identification.
how and where can i get the protocol for these tests
If anyone done this before can you please tell me reference name.

I was interested in topics of cellular biology, but was not sure
