medical/dental X-ray duration04 Jul 2008 19:41 GMT5
I was wondering what the duration of a dental X-ray is.
The reason I ask is that my dentist always takes the routine X-Rays
but failed to notice that one tooth was cracked and eventually fell
apart.Even he explained that it appeared to be an old crack.

"Retic Postings and SPAM"
There have been multiple accusations that the postings of H.E. Retic
are SPAM. The writer's postings are carefully constructed so as remain

The Two Infinitesimals Zero and Nonzero infinitely small04 Jul 2008 03:05 GMT13
For polynomial functions the infinitesimal is a zero dimensional point
and derivatives are exact. For real world curves the infinitesimal is
two points infinitely close. We can only calculate an approximation of
the infinitely close therefore our answers for real world curves

Concept continued from recent prior posts:
... what then does the planet attractor act on if not on inertial
mass? The planet attractor acts on matter. At first thought, with
this conclusion, I appear to have returned to pre-Newtonian physics.
Curvature cancelation in two body problem03 Jul 2008 22:11 GMT2
The curvature surounding the Earth will cancel the curvature from the
Sun. There then is no curvature for the Earth to orbit the Sun by. It
gets cancelled.

"A Snapshot of a Photon"
The photon has been viewed as a somewhat mysterious entity which
sometimes has the properties of a particle and sometimes has the properties
oaf a wave. It would seem interesting to see, therefore, whether we can
